We're taught that mistakes are failures. The Improvisor shows the opposite. Moghul opens at the piano, resolving the wrong notes in real time, then traces his own path from London to the Hollywood film stage, where adapting to the unforeseen opened doors that were invisible at the start. A room leaves with Adaptive Wisdom, a way of turning the moments we can't yet see into the ones that move us forward.

wrong notes, right time

“It's not the note you play that's the wrong note, it's the note you play afterwards that makes it right or wrong.” - Miles Davis

Careers rarely follow a perfect script, and the moments that feel like “wrong notes” often shape what comes next.

Testimonials

A young man with dark hair styled in a messy bun, wearing a beige shirt with dark stripes and a black headband, standing against a white and gray horizontal siding wall.

Working with Moghul feels like working with someone who understands both the structure and the soul of a project.

Ted Cockle, Sony/Universal Music

Moghul is a gifted storyteller...the kind who doesn't just hold a room's attention but shifts how people see themselves and their work. He's also a true collaborator. Rather than performing at an audience, he takes the time to understand your goals and co-creates something unique and reflective in the moment.

Dan Horgan, CEO of CoLabL

His ability to adapt to different situations and take charge with clarity and purpose is a rarity to find. Without him, many of our foundation’s productions would not have achieved the quality they did.
